"Xiu Xiu Plays the Music of Twin Peaks" was originally commissioned by Queensland Gallery of Modern Art for the “David Lynch: Between Two Worlds” exhibition in 2015. Following the live performances at the exhibition, the band decided to record the covers in the studio.

Special Release for Record Store Day 2016, also sold at concerts.
