How do you ensure vinyl records are safe during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced record mailers designed specifically for vinyl. For high-value or vintage items, we often remove the record from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits during transit.
What is the difference between the various vinyl conditions?
We follow the Goldmine Grading Standard. 'Mint' is perfect and usually sealed, 'Near Mint' is nearly perfect with no visible defects, and 'Very Good Plus' may have minor surface scuffs that do not affect the overall listening experience.
Do you buy used record collections?
Yes, we are always looking for quality used vinyl. You can bring your collection to our storefront for an appraisal, or contact us via email for larger collections that may require a house call.
What is your return policy for opened records?
New, sealed records can be returned within 14 days if they remain unopened. If a record is found to have a manufacturing defect or warp, please contact us for a replacement or store credit.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping via Media Mail usually takes 5-10 business days, while Expedited and International options vary by location.
Can I pre-order upcoming releases?
Absolutely. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase and will ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse on or near the official release date.
